Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including any packaging and tags.

Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
